    Star Trek: Alien Domain - Easter Code Hunt

    GameSamba will host a 5-day Easter Code Hunt, meaning we will post a list of key codes each day during a specified time window on our Discord server.     so having seen the time schedule I take it this is for US players only - when are you going to realise you have players globally. Those of us in Europe already get the raw deal of having to stay up til 130am if we want to do the cross server wager and have to skip a set of boss 3v3 and cssb as they take place whilst we're sleeping. Now we get to miss oput on this new easter code hunt as well
    Please remember internet gamers live around the globe and schedule these events accordingly

    What a crock of @#$%! 10 codes posted and all only good for 1 user? And cannot cut and paste? 178 players online?
    Deleting the discord app off my phone- and very disappointed in Samba

    ^ these were the AMAZING rewards from the Easter Code Hunt. I wish I could get back the 2hrs waiting for it, and the 10minutes spent entering the codes.

    I was up and talking to players and did get 1 of the prizes. Was it the most amazing prize pack ever? No.
    Was it more then they've done in the past? Mostly yes.
    Was there 178 or whatever players online? No, they have multiple Samba games linked on Discord and 2/3 of them not on ST:AD. Plus many are idle or not actually on.
    Is the time zone issue a complaint? Not really, it's a US based server time, they are not going to build a whole European office just to keep some happy. They are staggering the times I notice.
    Did anyone force anyone to wait? Nope.
    Should we complain about other things more worthy of attention? Message me and I will send you a list more worth dwelling on.

    only to make you aware of one thing. 178 players online was for all their games. The number of 'STAD' players was less. There were 10 codes per game in their discord channel.

    why is every time you either enter base or try and enter xssb it says parameter error its really annoying now and no news on compo from otherday and nothing posted today about 3v3 trouble ? try stop creating new servers and fix your current problems .....but that would take till 2420 about may prob

    I get your point and agree they've got their hands full with bugs and glitches and nerfing whilst coping with the supposed demand for new servers and trying to keep the money coming in
    However
    most of that is fixing things they broke and presumably was unplanned.
    This is a planned posting on a separate app by different people. and planned in advance with American time zones in mind which many find irritating given only 13% of the global population live in North or South America
    yes I accept they are US based but the game is advertised as global and has a global community. as i stated we in Europe have to stay up til 1.30am to take part in the wager and many have asked for an earlier start to that window but have been dismissed. No way are most of us going to be at the computer again at 3 am 4am etc to try and get a code. Yes they stagger the times which in theory is nice but not by enough - for instance it means we can have a lie in on Easter Sunday and only have to get up at 7am to get them so i guess a few will do that.
    I'm not asking for a European office to be built - all they need is to schedule someone in advance to post some codes at a different time and that someone can be anywhere or even automated. As an idea for any future ones they could alternate 6am PDT one day 6pm PDT the next for instance - for me it isnt even about the value of the rewards unlike some as i know every deut box will help when the next level cap increase happens and most of us can always use officer exp cards. no matter how little some people think it is new players would find it incredibly useful and it is a great initiative and a great way to get people onto Discord. All i want is for all players to have the same chances to get the things. we had so many great sounding prizes before via facebook contests tas weell hat end up as valid for US citizens only and yes i can understand the reasons for those too. I guess we all have our own things which drive us mad and fo rme this is one having worked on so many global IT rollouts and it seeming second nature to me to make provisions for all users globally
    I apologise if my original post sounded terse or ungrateful - it wasnt meant to be but i am human (contrary to some players opinions) andwas a little ticked off as this is a recurring issue in advance planned contests where it could have been avoided - as i said we all have our own little bugbears and this is one of mine
    Hopefully the people organising can look at this feed and think about another person posting later, other time zone offers or even the 6am 6pm alternating suiggestions and see if any are viable
    And to you i thank you for trying to make us see the bigger picture and not be like the ungrateful moaners we sounded like

    THE REWARD WAS UTTER CRAP. IF THEY WONT REWARDS SOMETHING DECENT THEN DONT WASTE OUR TIME.the wait? this whole game is about waiting unless u can afford 800 dollars minimum an event

    No one forces anyone to wait, so now you know not to worry for the remainder of the event
    Also, no one forces anyone to spend or play the game, I've taken breaks from it, and based on your anger, I'd say you may want to as well.

    stfu idiot. the game is designed to be addictive. its deceptive and a read the small print kind of game.

    Thank you for your insightful post. Again, I think it's time you take a break from the game, as apparently it's gotten to you in many ways and causing way too much anger. Take up a hobby or try going outside.
