5.My unit is not tracking satellites!
Find GPS Settings/Preferences on device andconfirm com port settings are correct. If it is a NMEA device, make sure thecom port is on and activated.

It is also possible this is a hardwaremalfunction. If the above fails to fix the problem, get the repair departmentinvolved.

99% of the time it’s acompatibilityissue, orthey need to update their base stationlist. Help them get compatible but if we process the data we should chargethem.
